30 years solving facility problems so that indoor and outdoor living spaces will be comfortable, safe and fully functional.

Who is Philip

Philip graduated from The Ohio State University with a BS in Parks and Recreation Administration in 1989.  From '89 to '18 he served as facility manager for several different year-round, (some as large as 240 acres with 40-buildings) camp and retreat centers in Ohio and Pennsylvania.  Over those 30 years, he learned how to repair buildings, grounds and equipment that just weren't working properly.  He was also called upon to complete many small projects to improve the buildings and grounds so that the facilities were welcoming, safe and comfortable.

During these years, he and his wife Amy (an elementary school teacher) have raised two children and have watched as their son and daughter have left the nest to begin lives and families of their own.

Philip has recently transitioned from serving at camp and retreat centers to working full time in the trades.  He is starting up this part-time handyman service to earn additional income in the evenings after work and on Saturdays.

Philip has coached many community soccer and baseball teams over the years as his children were growing up, and has spent decades working safely with children and youth.  Annual background checks were required in order to serve this most vulnerable and impressionable population.
