If there is an appliance, a fixture, a switch …. something in your home or on your property that is just not working properly - or not working at all - I can help. Over the years I have become a detective at figuring out why something is not working and then researching how to make it work again. If you find yourself thinking, “if this ____________ would just work again - or work the way it is supposed to - life in this house would be a lot less stressful and aggravating”, then just ask, I might be able to find a solution.

Do you have a small project that needs completed in or around your home? A new piece of furniture that needs assembled or a new appliance installed? Maybe you have an idea for a small project, but don’t know how to make it happen. Just ask. I can probably give you an estimate of what it would require to make that idea a reality.

• I will be honest with you. I will tell you up front if the project is outside of my skill set. I will give you an honest assessment of what you can expect to see at the end of my services.

• I will not insult your intelligence. I understand that everyone has areas where they excel and have a great deal of experience - and other areas where they may not have experience or knowledge. I will answer your questions with respect.

• I will not try to upsell. I will not try to talk you into more services than you initially requested.

• If you wish to be involved in the decision-making process, I will explain your options and allow you to make an informed decision. If there are different levels of quality and cost for materials, you can decide how much you would like to invest.

• If you do NOT want to be involved in the process, I will not bore you with the details, but will simply complete the project as quickly and professionally as possible and be on my way.

• I will explain my charges prior to the project so that you know what it will cost.

As a handyman- not a licensed plumber, electrician or contractor - there are some projects and tasks that I am not permitted to complete. I cannot build an addition on your home or make a major alteration to your home. I cannot install or replace electrical wiring - I can only replace or install light fixtures, switches and appliances. I cannot install or replace plumbing pipes - I can only replace or install plumbing fixtures that do not require altering existing plumbing pipes.
